Dharamsala: Office of the Planning Commission, CTA is announcing a certificate course on project management and development practice. This seven-week certificate course will be offered in December, 2008.
According to the Chief Planning Officer, Dr. Kunchok Tsundue, this certificate course, which is a unique and first of its kind offered by the office, expects the participants to “develop a good perspective of the development at the local, regional, national and international level, understand the various phases of project cycle and management thereof, gain crucial insights into the Tibetan community in exile, and learn effective planning tools and skills.” He is positive that the successful candidates will have opportunities to serve as project officers of the projects and programmes to be implemented under the Fourth Integrated Development Plan of the Tibetan community in exile.
