An Appeal letter to stop the terrorist activities

Dharamsala, August 27 – In a press release issued today by the National Democratic party of Tibet here at Dharamsala, an immense grief and condolence have been expressed to the victims and relatives of the terrorist attack in Mumbai few days back. The statement also condemned terrorist activities worldwide, particularly the recent bomb attacks in Mumbai, the financial capital of India.

The statement voiced that “every single threat is a terrorist activity” and as such “should be condemned as a threat to the global peace”.

Referring to the complete destruction of Tibet’s heritage, culture, religion and language and the gross violation of Human Rights in Tibet, the National Democratic party of Tibet charged the Chinese Communist Government as manifestation of Open Terrorist Organisation.

Acharya Yeshi Phuntsok, President of National Democratic Party argued that Chinese atrocities and retribution on innocent Tibetan resembles the works of any other known terrorist groups, resulting in instillation of fear and insecurity among the Tibetan people.

Besides condemning the the Chinese Government’s open terrorist activities within Tibet, the statement appeals to the International Underground Terrorist Networks and Groups to abandon their activities for the betterment of the world peace.

Ending the note in a spritual tone, the National Democratic Party of Tibet on behalf of the Tibetan people scattered all over the world prayed for the victims’ soul to be freed from the cyclic existence of life and death, thereby attaining true happiness. And that Tibetan people share the anguish and deeply mourn the loss of innocent Indian brethens in this recent bomb attack in Mumbai.
