In a latest development in Dharamsala’s highly prioritised policy of bringing China to table, a delegation comprising of Mr. Lodi Gyari Gyaltsen, His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Special Envoy, Mr. Kelsang Gyaltsen, Envoy of His Holiness and two assistants have left for China today.
