Tenzin Nyidon DHARAMSHALA, Jan. 14: The Tibetan community in France has announced the cancellation of this year’s Tibetan New Year (Losar) celebrations in solidarity with those affected by the devastating earthquake that struck Shigatse Prefecture’s Dingri County and surrounding regions in Tibet. The decision comes as an expression of grief and support for the victims of the quake that caused widespread destruction
