Tibetans and supporters gave Zhu Weiqun, Vice-Minister of the United Front Work Department of China that oversees Sino-Tibetan talks, a noisy reception when he visited London on Friday, Nov. 14, 2008. Tibetans and supporters later chanted slogans against Zhu and Chinese government at Chatham House at St James Square, London, where the visiting Chinese official took part in a ’round-table’ discussion on the failure of the Eighth round of talks with representatives of the Dalai Lama over Tibet.
