Sandhong Rinpoche is the Prime Minister-in Exile (Kalon-Tripa) of the Tibetan Government. He was born in 1939 in Tibet and recognised at the age of five as a reincarnation of Samdhong Rinpoche and enthroned in Gaden Dechenling monastery.
