Dharamshala, August 23 – As Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche was sworn in for the second term for the Kalon Tripa’s office, he called a meeting of all the civil servants of the Central Tibetan Administration yesterday afternoon at the Gangkyi Hall and asked all to do their best in carrying out their respective duties.
Kalon Tripa reiterated that the political leaders only set the policies and it is the civil servants who execute the policies.
Thus he said hard work, commitment, and sincerity of the general staff are of the utmost importance to carry out the administrative affairs with greater efficiency.
We must recognise the seriousness of our problem, he said. And at this critical stage, he urged all the staff to contribute their best and to work wholeheartedly towards our common cause.
