October 7 – Police in Dandeldhura arrested 11 Tibetans for illegal entry into Nepal, a radio report said. The 11 Tibetans, including three children and one woman, have been sent yo Dhangadi at an unspecified date, the radio report said. The radio reported they could not speak Nepali.
