DHARAMSHALA, June 10: The Vice President of European Union (EU), Josep Borell, met with China’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Wang Yi at the 10th EU-China strategic dialogues. “It had to be a virtual meeting, but we had an in-depth exchange. During more than three hours, we discussed a wide range of topics, reflecting the broad relations that we have. We had a very open and frank dialogue,” read the statement issued on June 9. They also discussed the bilateral relationship to prepare for the forthcoming EU-China Summit by the end of June.
EU expressed concerns over the human rights issues in Xinjiang and Tibet where individual cases were also discussed. “We expect to hold our usual Human Rights Dialogue as soon as physical meetings will resume, but nevertheless we raised a number of important human rights issues, including the situations in Xinjiang and Tibet. I also raised a number of individual cases,” said the EU High representative.
Important issues on market access, free trade, science cooperation, media freedom, and reciprocity were also discussed. EU urged China to take note of the disagreements between the two parties which has continuously undermined the negotiations of ‘Agenda 2025′. It highlighted the need to accelerate the work towards a comprehensive agreement on investment.
He also raised questions about the steps taken by the government in the issue of Hong Kong’s autonomy. He urged the Chinese side to take necessary steps to de-escalate the situation in Hong Kong and respect the international commitments to the city and abide by Hong Kong Basic Law. Issues concerning COVID-19 and the international response to the crisis were also taken up for dialogue.
“In particular, we need to hold on to our commitment to fight climate change and reach the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and the Paris Agreement. We will have to “build back better” – all of us. We all need to seize this opportunity to transform our economies and societies in a green and sustainable way,” read the statement. It concluded that they had an “intense and substantial” meeting with China. EU reaffirmed that it will continue to work with China to achieve global objectives based on their collective interests and values.

Thank you for reminding the world that , it is high time for the world leaders to stop beating around the bush and come to the total realization when dealing with China for China is serious with the games she is trying play with the world as she pulls wool over the gullible-world-leaders’ eyes . China is no fool not to know about Independent Tibet . It’s all there in the thousands of year old history of wars fought between Tibet and China ; won and loss wars on both the sides at one point in time or the other with treaties signed and broken ; broken often by the Chinese .Communist China lied about Tibet being part of China ; and the gullible greedy world only pretended to believe CCP’s cock and the bull tale .

It will only kill the poor and naive and innocent humans who’s got nothing to do with wars causing total destruction to the world environments and economy with nothing good coming out of it except for a total destruction . China’s Achilles heels is in telling the “TRUTHS “. Tibet ; is that truth . Absence of Democracy in China ;( let alone its occupied territories); is that truth. Total absence of : human rights, religious freedom, and freedom of speech; is that truth. TIBETANS are denied of teaching and learning in Tibetan language ; is that truth. Destruction of the environments across the Tibetan Plateau ; is that truth. Cutting the waterways (with her greed ) by damming across all the major rivers flowing from the Tibetan plateau feeding down stream good neighbors ; is that truth and many more . Not to forget, India’s weak stand on Tibet that led to the existing and ongoing India-China border issues they can’t solve because ; Tibet and British-India have signed treaties they just can’t walk all over it without first bringing Tibet to fore in the dialogue ; is that truth . Then take East Turkistan, Taiwan, Hong Kong . The list goes on……….

The world also cant go like this any more and in such situation western countries can break down their trade and diplomatic ties with China and can cancel “One China Policy” which means Chinas internal break down.
for example situation in Tibet, Hong Kong and Taiwan are clear indication of this break down of the “One China”
Let me explain “One China Policy” in historical context:
Canada was the first country in the world who started Diplomatic Ties with Communist China during Mao Era. soon after it the US – CHINA Relationship started with twist and turns can be explained so.
From February 21 to 28, 1972, U.S. President Richard Nixon traveled to Beijing, Hangzhou, and Shanghai. Almost as soon as the American president arrived in the Chinese capital, Chairman Mao summoned him.
Nov 12, 1973 · Secretary of State Henry Kissinger met with Chairman Mao and Zhou Enlai. The three discussed a wide range of topics.
Soon Taiwan and Tibet become part of China { One China Policy } as result China became fullpleged member of International Community.

Now because of Corona Pandemic and its damage many people ask for boycott or sanctions, some for damage compensation and some creating a war like situation. But all of them are beating the Bush without knowing exact point where and how to hit China.
Dont hit China by use power of the gun or muscles or economic strength. but try to find out what is most sensitive point of China? weakest point? The Achilles Heel of China.
To find out this point you dont need to do expensive political research analysis. If you bring Tibet, Dalai Lama and Taiwan issue on international platform? China will go mad we all know it.
This is the most sensitive issue and weakest point of China, the Achilles Heel of China and known as one China Policy.
According to my knowledge One China policy is not even any Resolution in UN or decision by International Court of Justice.
But some countries made some agreements with China in which they accepted Tibet and Taiwan as Part of China. Than many countries adopted this strategy to work with china as time pass china is dominating international arena and business world.
Because now the trade war between China – US, Conflict in South China Sea and Chinas Road Belt Initiative etc Now Corona Virus created devastation for rest of whole world.
Infact right now whole world is against china and like to punish china because of damage done by Corona Pandemic. In short china is doing more harm than good for the world.
Damage compensation is correct but in case China dont comply with International demand? US and EU Countries can say if china dont pay damage? We can cancel our one China Policy. This is best the Pressure – bargaining power with China, the Achilles Heel of China.
China will have to pay the damage if not China itself will collapse politicaly and economicaly. Chinas enemy from within will do the job.
There is growing disstatisfiction within China itself in dealing with Corona Pandemic and working methods of communist party of China.
International Community must understand that if you dont let china to collapse this time soon. China will collapse whole world economic system and will dictate us all very soon.
Act now and right away before every thing cool down. Beat the iron when it is hot and red. No time left for meditation but to act now.
