Dharamsala: As many as 15 activists for Tibet’s independence held a highly close-door meeting of what they called as Rangzen Meet earlier on June 10 here at the Tibetan Community Centre of McLedoGanj.

The participants are those who actively speak for and seek independence for Tibet.

The activists who participated in the meet come from diverse backgrounds and, some holding prominent posts in the exile Tibetan community.

At the end of the meet, the activist group has come up with a highly worded resolution.

Describing the ongoing routine Sino-Tibetan dialogue as being sluggish, lacking sincerity from Chinese side and, unproductive process, the resolution calls for the reaffirmation of independence as the resolute goal of Tibetan freedom struggle.

In line with their declaration, the resolution has decided to hold a major and decisive Independent Tibet meet in Dharamsala later in December this year.
