The Tibetan Government-in-Exile should honor Mr. Tsoltim N. Shakabpa with an award for being a Tibetan who is recognized as one of the foremost poet of modern times.

The legacy of the great Tsepon W. D. Shakabpa continues.

His son, the author of RECOLLECTIONS OF A TIBETAN, is an internationally acclaimed poet fighting for the freedom of Tibet.

The genius of Tsoltim N. Shakabpa's poetry is not only in its simplicity but also in its unadulaterated spirit and clarity of mind.

It is truly an immense pleasure to read the RECOLLECTIONS OF A TIBETAN.

When is Mr. Shakabpa's next book going to come out?

The Author is definately one of the foremost poets of modern Tibetan society, if not the foremost poet.

The Tibetan Government-in-Exile should honor Mr. Shakabpa with an award and thank him for sharing his poetic genius and wisdom with the world. Such an award will encourage our younger generation to follow in Mr. Shakabpa's footsteps.

The book is deep in depth, high in spirit, profound in knowledge and magnificent in poetry.

I have not had the fortune of ever meeting a Tibetan. But if most Tibetans are like the author of RECOLLECTIONS OF A TIBETAN, it will surely be a great pleasure and an enormous honor to meet one.

I found the book mesmerizing as it dealt with the heart and soul of the Author.

This is a powerful book, yet simple to read. It sheds gigantic knowledge, yet easy to digest. It teaches innumerable lessons, yet is undemanding.

The Author is unparalled in creativity, unchallengeable in artistry, and uncommonly humble.
