Indian Advisor for Tibet

Thanks for this timely report. But it looks strange that Government of India should wait for Xi Jin Ping's New Delhi visit to pass before taking a decision about the new Advisor. I don't think the governement appointed the previous Advisor Mr. Amkitabh Mathur only after 'due permission' from Beijing or even bothered about Beijing's reaction on his appointment. Developments during Mr. Mathur's time and many important decisions taken by New Delhi about the Tibetan refugee community have proven to be very useful and practical. I hope GOI will not delay more on filling up this important office.
