The problem is that the CCP has no interest in "solving" the Tibet issue. They only want to control & subjugate Tibet & its people, not make them happy.

Just look at what China has been doing in Tibet recently by imprisoning Tashi Wangchuk who only promoted language rights. Or the forced removal of monks/nuns from Larung Gar. Or the imprisoning of Tibetans who revere His Holiness or speak out against Chinese policies. Even discussing genuine autonomy is now a crime by the Chinese Govt.

MWA policy has given up independence for Tibet. MWA has given up democracy for Tibet. What is left to give up? Instead we should increase efforts for nonviolent resistance & make China's rule in Tibet so costly & untenable that the CCP will choose to let Tibet go rather than fight indefinitely.
