Readers' Comments on "Tyranny of the Tibetan Majority"
Our exile system of government claims to be a democracy, but recent events have proven it to be quite the opposite. Yes, His Holiness the Dalai Lama has brought about a fundamental change in the system of government, transitioning from a theocracy to a parliamentary theocracy, to one that he hoped, after the devolvement of his...

You think you love to have tyranny of the minority over majority or dictator.

Isn't the phrase 'Tyranny of the Tibetan Majority' nonsense?

CHAINS OF THE UNDER-WORLD

My fellow serfs, do not be afraid of the underworld

There are no Yidaks and other miserable souls waiting

For you when the time comes; these are creations

To scare the living day lights out of you, so you stay

True to the path of your masters.

You bow and toil in the midday sun and wipe the tears

On the soiled hems of your grungy Chuba sleeves

And that is your existence, not to question or speak!

Miserable freaks that we are.

Though they may not kill you for being a splitist

But be sure your soul will be slain before you die

And like a zombie roam heads bowed hands chained

Do not question your masters!

You carry the burden of being born in wretchedness

But teach your children to throw off the shackles

Instill them with honesty and bind them to courage

To question your masters was Buddha’s grant,

They must speak and not be silenced.
