Subject: arbitrary election decisions

This was a very arbitrary decision by the EC to limit the number of candidates after preliminary voting to only the top 2 candidates (unless the margin between #2 and #3 is less than 20%). At the very least, this decision should have been made public before the preliminary election, not during or after it. I think this was done to make it more difficult for Lukar Jam to be among the final candidates for Sikyong. It seems the EC is playing partisan politics and our exile democracy is suffering.
