The legacy and life of Gyalwa Rinpoche speak for themselves. It is highly unnecessary to conduct a popularity test for a Buddha. In a sense, it's almost demeaning to put Kundun on the same list as people like Jackie Chan and Modi! We are talking about the difference between a perfectly enlightened being and those who are simply politicians and movie stars. Alas, the ways of modernity! It is fascinating to watch the interaction of materialist western deluded culture with a culture of enlightenment; Buddhas emerge as number 7 in popularity contests. I'm giggling!
