Subject: misplaced optimism
Jul 25 2013 04:10 PM

The CTA have been waiting for the anticipated change that Xi Jinping might bring to Tibet. Well now we are seeing it. Naive, misplaced optimism and thoughts that Chinese would change for the better. Quite the opposite.
