Officials in Nepal told reporters they have seized a major consignment of 1,150kgs of chiru (Tibetan antelope) wool from smugglers, which they said would fetch around US$40 million in the international black market....

Smugglers may have lost, but officials are not going to let $40 million pass them by.When the Chiru are extinct there will be no more killing,

Gulmo is not located in North-West of Tibet as to confirm that Chiru area. If Chirus live in Chang Thang of Gulmut area, it should be called North-East of Tibet.
