The Chinese don't want to listen to anyone, these plans will futher destroy the Tibet that Tibetans are so desperate to try and protect. More arrogance, more Han, more loss of Tibet. If the west has any leverage, not just reports , letters, meetings, I suggest they implement them before it is all too late. I don't think there has been a time in my life when I have felt so disillusioned, and deflated as I do right now. My mistake for being swept along by this so called free world, just should have stuck to the basic Buddhist principles and trust karma.
