I am at a loss to understand why the CTA should throw an invitation to China to visit Dhasa and rummage through Tibetan data etc. If CTA are making the offer for a full investigation as to any involvment from His Holiness, the request should be to independent observers from UN or Human Rights body. This who;e thing is a manufactured propaganda, usual from China, aimed mainly at their own people to futher demonize The Dalai Lama in the eyes of ordinary Chinese. Without internet freedom in China it is impossible to give the Chinese the TRuth.
