Despite intermittent rainfall and chilly wind, exiled Tibetans in the northern town of Dharamshala hold a candlelight vigil in solidarity with Wande Khar and Tsering Namgyal, who have set themselves on fire on November 28 and 29 respectively. Since 2009, 89 Tibetans inside Tibet have set themselves on fire demanding freedom in Tibet and the return of His Holiness the Dalai Lama from exile. The vigil was jointly organised by Students for a Free Tibet, India and the Dharamshala regional chapters of Tibetan Youth Congress and Tibetan Women's Association, November 29, 2012.
