Interesting review. Sounds like a good movie.

China is forcibly re-locating all of Tibet's nomads into poor urban ghettoes. This is what the US did to American Indians and what Stalin did to many Central Asians. China wants the land the nomads live on for its own purposes so they're forcing nomads out & into subsistence living. It's ethnic cleasing but neither the UN or any other country is willing to help Tibet's nomads.
