All doe HH is well-meaning and the victims of the quake would benefit immensely by his visit, I personally think the chinese authority will not respect HH compassion towards the victims and will proceed to arrest with out fear of repercussions since the rest of the nations fear the military and economic power of China! HH, I know of your compassion and courage , but you will be of much more benefit to the world out of the chinese hands!!!

Despite Chinese propaganda that they have pumped so much money into developing the economy of Tibet, the recent earthquake in Tibet clearly reveals that the Chinese have not done anything to improve the living condition of Tibetans. Just look at dead, the injured, and the rubble of decrepit buildings,sheds, roads and other infrastructure left by the earthquake in the Tibetan areas of Kham and Amdo.

Same story goes for the earthquake in Sichuan, where Tibetan areas suffered the most and Chengdu in China remained unscathed.
