Subject: What is a more meaningful life?
Nov 04 2009 07:54 AM

I agree with Dalai Lama about what he said that Earth is out home, our plannet and we should take good care of it.
I am also pleasantly surprised that buddhism has a science and that you can share information with the modern scientists. I hope it will be an article more detailed about this subject.
I also wonder and admire how His Holiness can smile and keep his inner peace considering all the stories he hears every day about what's going on in Tibet.
I know I can't, I was just reading some of these stories on this site and my stress rised up and I cried and the food I ate revolted in my stomach and my inner peace was shattered for an hour. And I'm a stranger, I mean I'm not Tibetan or Buddhist. But I live on our earth and I care.
I also agree with Dalai Lama what he said in another article that we consume too much money on cosmetics instead to discover and develop the inner beauty. The thing is you can't see inner beauty so easily and does this inner beauty = power and control?or inner beauty is like a flower, beautiful but different from self-control?Because some people would like to build up more power than inner beauty especially of fear of others, with all these stories going on, and in general looking into the earth history. Anyway, I liked His Holiness' message <Wake up younger generation!> And I wonder for all those beings who woke up, even in Tibetan Buddhism, called buddha, why our lives can't be a bit better, why can't we have paradise on earth?why it is still so hard and difficult? It could be so easy to help up. I was reading in spring about a child who run with his parents to Dharamsala from Tibet and the child lost a toe because of the cold in the Hymalayas but why none of the lamas who can dry out clothes didn't jump for help? Why we have to leave this people suffer alone? I can't help like that but If I could I would try harder. If depends of all of us to be a better earth than it depends of people like you are too. Just tell us what to do if you need help for making a paradise from this world where everyone to live and love happy and free without fear. All of us to control the elements not control each other. Not be all poor but all rich. Rich in GOD. By the way, I love Your Holiness Dalai Lama when you put that divine smile on your face and it makes miracles.
