Subject: Chinese Racism toward Tibetans
Aug 13 2008 06:29 AM

This is nothing but typical Chinese racism on dispaly, toward Tibetan nationality. If Mr Gonsar's colleague Jill Ku Martin, correspondent for RFA's Mandarin service could get Visa, why not an ethnic Tibetan correspondent working for the organization.

Subject: IOC kowtows to China
Aug 13 2008 12:39 AM

Once again the IOC is kowtowing to China & not demanding the Chinese Govt' respect the promises it has made or the media freedom permitted under IOC guidelines.

What is going on w/ the IOC? Is their quest for a smooth Olympics overriden their conscience? Do they no longer have any ethical values at all?

Shame on the IOC! They get the award for biggest black mark for any Olympics.
