Your last words are the most telling of the situation in Tibet. You may not have uncovered new details of what happened to the people of Tibet in the months since the original protests, but the intimidating presence of the armed soldiers and the resulting fear that is exhibited as silenced cries of the people is sadly the most glaring truth.

thanks kathleen, first of all were you able to dispatch these information while in tibet?

having read the entire length of this article, i can well imagine the tension that still hovers on the streets of tibet. It was very brave of you to venture out there and dig out the truth. And i believe every word u've written. Till Tibet is free, the only truth one can squeeze out will be his/her experience in tibet, in the eyes of those who fear to speak, the hesitation, the silence, the refusal to comment, thats all the truth one needs.
