Subject: Dhoegyal Society has the right
May 11 2008 11:00 AM

Dohegyal Society has the right to file the case in the court. The religious freedom is absolute. If Free Tibet's flag is the freedom of religion, it should embrace the consequences brought by the freedom. Dohegyal Society has the right to worship anyone they like. besides, it is a just a court case, not a violent act at all.

These Tibetan organisation should united against Chinese's brutal crackdown on our courageous Tibetans. No independent media are allowed in Tibet to verify the conditions of those several hundred detained tibetans. We simply don't know their whereabout and fate. Why HH Dalai, exile gov. and these so called organisations uncompromisingly confront china and demand international monitored inspection to verify the conditions of Tibetan in Tibet. Shugden devotees are oppressed, outcast and persecuted so much in Tibetan society that no other choice was left then to seek the help legal system of Democratic India. Why we are like Tiger to our own Tibetan and mouse to Chinese?

Subject: Just ignore the Dhoegyal society?
May 10 2008 09:01 PM

Please be sensible and do not take thier bait and be provked by them. There is no need to condemn them or organise anything against them. Instead if they have any legal claim for Human Rights and Religious Right we should be grateful they are going to the court, because that is the right approach. We have to build our good case for the court and then lets get our lawyers fully briefed and let them fight it in the court.

Do not take the issue to the media or public or mobs or outside the court. Lets have faith in our legal case, and court coming to the right decision.

Whether they are supported by China or not it is irrirelevant, what is important is following the right legal methods or system of the country. Therefore I ask our fellow Tibetans to be sensible and ignore their provocation if you can.

As for me, I donot understand the whole issuse anyway. But we will win more respect if we win the case in court or court throws out the case for lack of evidence. Thank you and lets focus on more important issues inside Tibet. Let few lawyers and court deal with this case.
