“Their slogans were, ‘The Dalai Lama must return to Tibet’ and ‘Tibetans need to have human rights in Tibet,’ ” said Jamyang, a Tibetan in Dharamsala, India, the seat of the Tibetan government in exile, who spoke to protesters......Excuse me but the Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy, and the world's leading press agency, Reuters both reported that Tibetans, en-masse, were demanding independence. we can only presume this Tibetan spokesperson was working within the CTA Department for International Relations, which woud explain why there was no refernce to independence, a dirty word to the CTA.
