To the newly elected executive members of the CENTREX, I join my countrymen to convey my best wishes to you all for the success of your tenure.Like the previous regimes, we are optimistic that the team under the leadership of Rigzin la and complete co-operation of the other members, the issue of Tibet will come to centre-stage in world politics. Each Tibetans know the sacrifices each of you are making (your time and family responsibilities) for our just cause.
To the previous regimes I request to all,not to sit back, instead guide the present regimes so that we can achieve our ultimate goal ie. Free Tibet.
We Tibetans have a bad habit to watch from the outside and have fun in seeing people making mistakes. We have to shed this habit. Instead all should come forward with constructive suggestions so that we can unitedly fight our enemies, both internal and external.
So go ahead and lead us, we are behind you all the way.
Long Live His Holiness the Dalai Lama

To the newly elected executive members of the CENTREX, I would like to wish each of you a very successful tenure.Under the leadership of Rinzin La and co-operation of the every members, I am optimistic that this team like the previous teams will succeed in bringing the fight for our just cause "Free Tibet" more vigoriously on the world stage. Each of us know how much sacrifices(your time and family responsibilities) you good friends are making for our cause.I experienced it when I was one such member of RTYC in Darjeeling back in the 80s.
To the outgoing members, I want to thank them for their successful tenure and further request each of them not to just sit back now, instead help and guide the new body in any future activities. We, Tibetans have a bad habit in having fun(satisfactions)in seeing the mistakes made by the new regime. We have to shed this bad habit, instead we should come forward and give constructive suggestions which will benefit our cause.
So go ahead and lead us ,we are behind you all the way.
LONG LIVE HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA.

Congratulation & wishing all good luck in the years ahead.
We need to pay attention to the flag-there is every chances of reversing the color sequence-the order is RED and then BLUE! it is a BIG DEAL!
