Concerning whether Panchen Lama, Gendhun Choekyi Nyima could be dead, I think this very very unlikely. If the chinese would kill the Panchen Lama, then, there would be very soon a search for his reincarnation. Therefore, it would be stupid if the Chinese would kill the Panchen Lama.

It is a possibility that the Chinese have murdered the young lama and his family and therefore do not have any thing to show as proof, i.e. no photos, records or a body. Om mani pemae hung! China’s rulers have no qualms about murdering people and they have demonstrated their murderous intent time and time again so blatantly and calmly even against their own students in June1989. Once Gedun Choekyi Nyima secretly disposed off they are confident not to make the mistakes they made by keeping the 10th Panchen Lama alive for so long in the hope of opposing the 14th Dalai Lama
