Hi Cat,
Is that an animal or human name. I think you are still sleeping and for your information we are in the internet era. tell me who is the keeper of TIBET CULTURE, do I have to spell TIBETAN. Do you trust Chinese, do you know what is the ratio of tibetans in tibeta. What is autonomy without Amdo and Kham, central tibeta is not the Whole Tibet. I am not surprised that Iwill come across many people like you who need to wake up and be practical. I am very practical and positive. I am calm and cool and would like to meet and share what you have to say and if you like I like to share what I know. I hope you are not part of the so called GREEN BRAIN of old tibet. What is education after all for.
write me: <dakkar41@hotmail>
My advice to you is to be positive and be critical of anything. there is nothing wrong to express once view.

Subject: Let's not waste time
Nov 05 2005 09:36 AM

Yes, I said lets not waste time and precisely I mean it. I think we have already gave up Free Tibet and achieving a meaningful autonomy under the chinese is not practical. We are basically talking about preserving our culture and tradition. Do we have to do that in Tibet, can't we do this in some other place like we did it in India, Nepal.
I am suggesting that all the Tibetan should cluster together and lets continue to do what we have been doing since 1959. I think we are pretty good at that and highly gregarious and adaptable.
Lets approach UNO and ask for the UN citizenship and be part of the 191 UN member nations and lets do the same (preserving our culture)in different place. I think we should be broad minded in the sense the World is our home not just Tibet.
We can't be too rigid or closed up. People wake up because our children are mostly speaking Nepali in Nepal, Kannada in karnataka. Hello anybody listening to me, culture is slipping away and we can't carry on like this. Lets be practical and avail the UN passport and citizenship and forget that piece of land which is not worth anymore because it is flooded with chinese and resources are all drained out and with the Railway now in Tibet, I bet, it will bring more chinese and loot more effectively out of tibet. Sorry for trying to speak to Mr. Bush, But I don't want to be in Tibet where Chinese are the majority and Chinese Govt. so unpredictable. Instead please Mr. Dalai Lama, talk to Mr. Bush to accomodate tibetans in USA and around the globe and start Cultural Build up instead of asking Bush to Talk to Tibetan Govt for Autonomy. Are you trying to tell me that we can only preserve our culture in Tibet alone. I don't agree with you becuase I am born and breed in India, currently living in Nepal and I think we are pretty good at preserving our Culture.Tibetans in Tibet are coming out simply because they are not happy and we must accomodate them instead of wasting time talking to Bush for something we think we are talking sense but I think we are landing no where.
Say Yes to UN Citizenship Please and show the Chinese that we can do the same even better in different place.
We are now in the INTERNET ERA, and should be open and practical as per the
pace of Time.
Tibetan in Tibet are suffering without doubt. Tibetans in Nepal are suffering as well becuase Chinese Govt is dictating Nepalese Govt. Times have changed and lets act before it is too late. I would not be surpised if Tibetans are kicked out from Nepal becuase chinese said so.
how is that.
Those who feel UN citizen is the way to go. Please write me at dakkar41@hotmail. com

Stupid www, whoever that is. The Dalai Lama is not asking for military help from Bush that u must be thinking of. He is seeking Bush's help to bring China to the negotiation table on the issue of Tibet.

Don't let Bush, other western politicians or even His Holiness get off the hook easily. Diplo-speak is cheap but without actions there will be no Tibet soon. Only a strategic highland occupied by single-minded but altitude-sick Chinese sycophants.

Even His Holiness has no right to give away Tibet and its people to the expansionist Chinese empire.

If there was a Tibetan uprising in occupied Tibet, how many could the Chinese invaders imprison or kill?

Tibetans protected by foreign passports should travel into Tibet together with their foreign friends (as additional protection) and even undercover journalists and reporters to inform their fellow countrymen that a mass movement is perhaps their last resort before they are outnumbered and overran by the foreign and imperialist-minded Han settlers.

Non-action will result in the demise and disappearance of Tibet.

Even TGIE's poor compromise will fail unless the Tibetans unite and show the world (and the Chinese) that they still exist.

In the Baltic countries under totalitarian Soviet occupation, the people gathered every year in massive numbers to merely sing songs in their native languages. That helped the keep their national identities alive.

Tibetans need to create an event where the Tibetan language and culture is celebrated by Tibetans and without the Chinese military as organizers and minders.

Tibetan song festival for Tibetans!?

What do the people have left to lose? They are already imprisoned in their own, disappearing country.

Informing the Chinese of their government's crimes in their language is also extremely important. They don't know how to be ashamed because they have also been lied all their lives. Compare China's invasion and genocide in Tibet to Japan's WWII invasion. Also campaign the media in China's neighbouring countries, including Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Subject: Shame on Hu Jintao and his group

Shame on Hu Jintao and his group for fearing to confront His Holiness the Dalai Lama for Tibet-China solution.

Shame of Hu Jintao and his group for unable to understand the middle way approach of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetans, and shame on Hu Jintao and his group for always depending on some other people to listen and understand His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetans and their wishes and demands.

Shame of Hu Jintao and his group for not feeling extremely grateful for His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetans for being so gentle towards Chinese.

Shame on Hu Jintao and his group for always attacting against His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetans.

Shame of Hu Jintao and his group for looting Tibet, killing Tibetans, destroying Tibetan culture, language, religion and traditions.

Shame on Hu Jintao and his group for distorting the historcial facts of Tibet, rewriting Tibetans history wrongly, lying Tibetans, Chinese and the international cummunity.

Shame on Hu Jintao and his group for being fully stuffed with anger, greed, jelousy, haterate, ignorant and poison.
