When i read this comment, i was schock! The story written by REFUGEE was real and authentic because i was one of the candidate who was on the list of fail student. Our principal, tsering phuntsok asked the subject teacher to make the particular student PASS, leaving other failed students as FAILED. The subject teacher declines and two of our best teachers were tranferred to other school.

Please join those C.S.T. POANTIANS on this subject.

How can we believe such a bustard has got prestigious award. We were student when he was Principal at Central School for Tibetan, Poanta Sahib. He ordered to give an additional marks increment to my class fellow who has got some personal relation with one of his teaching staff. My class fellow was declared PASS, leaving others FAILED. Unfortunately he was failed in 10 class CBSE board exam the next year.

DoE must know such cases.
