it was really a great moment when we tibetan are given such a highly opportunity by the US congress. it was an welcoming news for all of us.if it really does happen then it will a good opportunity for us to preserve our own tradition and culture which is almost at an extinct stage...but to tell that if we tibetan living n nepal n india get argue then its shame for us..at the moment tibetan at nepal needs more help so we got this opportunity but when the time too come for tibetan living in india u too will get .So wat we should do now is be unite n pray for the long life of his holiness dalia...we cant achieve anything without him... thanks alot againg to US govt n all the americian...love from leeza

i heard about it from the phayul website. i really appreciate this proposal. it will definitely help we tibetan to greater extend. but when i came into the comments section of this site. i felt really bad, i felt like the whole tibetans broke up in two groups. some tibetans from india are suing about not choosing them for this proposal. its not the way the tibetans should think, we should be one. but i am not saying that we got this opportunity but i am saying because i am TIBETAN.

so please all the tibetans we should be same and should possess same SPIRIT. Our destination is not AMERICA,its TIBET and only TIBET.

LONG LIVE HH THE DALAI LAMA, LONG LIVE TIBET AND TIBETANS...............

It is strange to read some comments about how this Wangchuk fellow wants to block this motion. Also to mr watchdog, my allegations are not baseless. what about those people selling greenbooks to ohters. and what about those who are still living in Australia, USA and other countries even after their work for the tibetan govenment has finished or their offices closed. they are settled there with their families. so mr watchdog u must be very naive. these people use the name of HH the Dalai Lama to justify their self-serving actions.

I just hope this bill is passed and atleast some tibetans get to live the American Dream.

it is very nice to hear that the US proposes new tibetan refugee admissions program because i have been seeing their trouble facing with the Nepalese govt so,i guess they are the right people who should get the chance to resettle in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,,,,

WITH HONEST OUR GOVERNMENT SHOULD GIVE EQUEAL CHANCE TO ALL TIBETANS WHO LEAVE IN DEFFERENT SETTLEMENTS AND OBEY ORDER OF GOVERNMENT ALL THE TIME. NEPAL TIBETANS GOT SAME CHANCE IN USA IN 1991. MOST TIBETANS IN NEPAL ARE NOT THAT MUCH BAD LIKE TIBETANS WHO LEAVE IN SETTLEMENTS IN INDIA WHO DEPANT ON CROPS WITHOUT RAIN. SO GOVERNMENT NEED PUBLIC THEN CHANCES SHOULD BE EQUEAL. THANKS
