Just Hope that at the end of this program we do not find out that 80% gone to US under this scheme turns out to be from Dharmasala like the previous one and mostly their relatives and cronies.

I respect each and every Tibetan people living in Nepal. However there are certain kind of people, who always work for society with no benefits.

From my view, Priorities should be given to the Tibetan people who live in Nepal for at least five years + at least three years experience in serving Tibetan government. And than Tibetan who is settling in Nepal for five yearsBecause there are some Tibetan, they use the name Tibetan and they didn't even take a time to think about giving back to society. I think this will help to stop those freaking Nepalese even they are able to buy Rangzen Lhakdhep. I know almost all the government are corrupt. Such as Kunga ex-president of TCV and his friend is selling Tibetan Green Book to Sherpa, Mustangi and Manangi. It's embarrasing.

I am quite sure that this will definitely help to stop Nepalese. Since they don't have legal paper to prove that they serve in government.

Hope it make sense.

We welcome genuine support from US government to help resettlement of refugee from Nepal to United States under different circumstances than 1992.

Apparently age bar is pre-conditioned laid down by US and there is no question of who select or who not. However, Tibetans living in remote areas in Nepal who are vulnerable to persecution from Chinese intrusion and people directly coming from Tibet should be given especial quota about 60%. The 40% percent should go to lottery system peope living in KTM and Pokra regardless of rich or poor. I feel that is fair and judicious.

In future, if possible resettlement project should focus on Tibetan refugee living in Ladakh, Tizu, Tawang, Maoi, and Kolligal. The condition of refugee is very poor due to many reasons.
Thanks

i am very happy to know that united states is going to help us again. thank you very much. this will be very benefit for all tibetans because we tibetan even live in nepal, but we do not have freedom. coz, an example like on 31th march-tibetan uprising day- we are not able to gathering and a lot of pressure from chinese government. so in the states, we are free and we can really show that we are really tibetans.......thanks to the people of the united states......

Nepal is not suitable for Tibetans, who are going to preserve our RIGSHONG even though Nepalis very important bridge for Tibetans who are inside and outside but some Tibetans must feel and think they are still living under the chinese control even in Nepal. Tibetans can't enjoy their right as a refugee in Nepal even Tibetans must be afraid carrying H.H.the Dalai Lama's photo on Buddha stupa on 10th of March. this is just a example. so thinking those right of Tibetan Refugee. I must be glad US plan resettle Tibetans in United state.
Hope there must not be different Tibetans who have been short or long. All are Refugee.

Exile Gov must plan a meaningful before select Tibetans in Nepal. Refugees going to settle in US is not only for living condition. We have more responsibility for save our culturel/RIGSHUNG and final to get back to Tibet.

Let's hope the first visas don't go to Tibetans in Nepal with carpet factories and hight level.rich family. if it will goes then become useless.
