Dalai Lama is atleast earning accolades and $ abroad but Chinese leaders like Jiang Zemin, Li Peng and Chen Kuyin may be awarded prison lock up if the criminal case against them is tried sucessfully at Spain for genocide and murder, mayhem and madness which resulted in death of 1.2 millions innocent Tibetans.

So its better for the Jiang and his gang not to visit abroad until they die. It is my suggestion.

Subject: They Trade in Billion and Rinpoche &Tulku spent billion in Empty Building for self-fulfillment and show off riches

It is not a good sign when China and India talk about trading in Billions $$$, because all the western coporation are bought and are in near complete control of china. Now The only thing China need is control India's economy,so it is sad and grim reality for Us Tibetan.

SO all the Tibetan Rinpoche, Tulku, Lama, Khenpo, Please dont spend billion on building Empty Building for self-fulfillment and to show of riches. Instead spend those Ku-yuon on helping financially poor, mentally bright and promising Tibetan younger generation to get modern Education that will make them compete and stand equal with rest of the world. Now it is time to act and show your compassion and you guys will be remember by future generation.

Long live Future Tibetan

You still have much to learn, my young one.

TGIE's fund mostly come from western money, like National Endowment for Democrazy fund, a.k.a, CIA.

also D.L. has to regularly visit rich countries to raise fund. Do you think all of his visits are for sightseeing?

but the market isn't what it used to be. D.L. used to command $1,000+ a head in seminars, now a mere $200.

greenbook money can barely cover the food expense of the govt officials.

India and China are developing their economic through trade and their target is to reach profit in billions of US dollars in a couple of years.
Our exile Government is still depending of Greenbook of grassroot level Tibetans. Blind faith practice in our community is first trade and only last. No brain storm is needed in Gangchen Kyishong. CTA has no specific plan for Tibet and Tibetans.
