A video that has surfaced on social media sites sh ow a man in flames lying on the ground. Posted by one Lhase Sonam on Facebook, he wrote that the incident took place around 5 pm local time today.

The video of the unidentified person taken most probably from a mobile device show a man lying in flames on the side of a street. People are seen passing by muttering prayers while a small kid is seen looking at the burning body from a close proximity.
