New Delhi, September 24 - A meeting of former Cabinet Ministers(Kalons)of the exile Tibetan government began September 22 at Norbulingka, Dharamsala. According to Tibet Times the five day conference is aimed at discussing possible breakthrough in the Sino-Tibet dialogue and the continuing barrage of malicious statements made by Chinese authorities against the Dalai Lama.

Talks of how the former ministers can effectively contribute towards the Tibetan cause during the 'emergency meeting' in November will also be parleyed.
