The monks are giving evidence as part of an investigation into alleged genocide by China's Communist troops in Tibet. The judge is studying a lawsuit brought by the Madrid-based Committee to Support Tibet alleging that more than 1 million Tibetans have been killed or disappeared since Chinese occupation of Tibet.
