The Director further remarked the resumption is in accordance with the regulations given by both the Tibetan government-in-exile which is also known as the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) and the Indian government. TCV officials on Oct. 13 decided to initiate the resumption of classes next month. He also said that students will have limited time for leisure as classes will also be held on weekends as well to compensate for lost time due to the nationwide lockdown.
