What we seek:
Reimagining Doeguling Tibetan Settlement (RDTS) seeks a Candidate for Executive Director(ED) post who is dynamic and entrepreneurial, passionate with a result-oriented and strategic vision, who can inspire confidence and support among policy maker, leaders in business, academia, and civil society, philanthropist and community people.
The candidate must be committed to work towards long term sustainability and development of the Doeguling
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience with organizational management
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising.
- Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- Experience of scaling up a for-profit or non-profit enterprise in India
- An analytical mind capable for “out-of-the-box” thinking to solves issues
- Good communications in Tibetan and English (oral and written) and public speaking skills
Preference:
- Connections to Doeguling community and former/current residents of Doeguling
- Non-profit management experience
- Familiarity with areas of community development project
