Paris, January 20 – A Press Conference is organised Monday 24 January 2005 at 11 a.m. at the “Centre d’Accueil de la presse etrangere”, Maison de la Radio, 116 avenue du President Kennedy Paris 16.

Two lawyers from Together Against Death Penalty Association (ECPM) and the President of France-Tibet visited Dharamsala in January to demonstrate solidarity with Tibetan NGOs for Human Rights and Tibetan Government in exile and protest against the risk of execution of Tibetan monk Tenzin Delek Rinpoche, condemned to death after an unfair trial. Tenzin Delek Rinpoche is a social activist engaged in the construction of monasteries, schools for orphans and poor children, old people home and hospitals.

Two days before Tenzin Delek Rinpoche risk of execution, the delegation will inform of the mobilisation of the Tibetan people. They will request the international community, and more particularly France and European Union to officially request the release of Tenzin Delek Rinpoche.
