MOSCOW, March 3 – President of Kalmykia Kirsan Ilyumzhinov approves of Mikhail Fradkov due to his good attitude to Dalai Lama.
Ilyumzhinov who is also the World Chess Federation president, expressed hope that Alexander Zhukov, the President of Russia’s Chess Federation, will hold the post of the first Vice-Premier.
It will boost the development of chess in Russia, Ilyumzhinov told a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday.
