The 7th Central Executive Committee members of TWA are happy to announce the establishment of yet another international regional chapter in Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Phurbu Dolma, the Vice President of the CENTREX, who is on her vacation in Denver, gained strong support from the Colorado Tibetan Association and Colorado friends of Tibetans, for starting a regional chapter of TWA there. She even had seven ladies to volunteer as regional executive members of the new RTWA in Colorado on 21st of Feb. 2004, the first day of Losar.
