Stuntman Parachutes from London Landmark for Tibet

Professional stuntman Gary Connery is led away by a police officer after base jumping from the top of Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square, central London, Friday May 9, 2003. Activists climbed the 170 foot tall column early Friday in a stunt organised by the Act for Tibet organisation, hanging up a banner of the Dalai Lama. Connery was arrested by police following the jump.
